Our Proposal in 2 Stages
1st Meeting / Discovery and Design Phase
An initial meeting takes place at your home, or in our showroom, to identify your expectations, desires, and limitations. We examine your living space, the land, the location of the house or apartment, its orientation, plans and photos, and prepare a budget.
Each project requires 2 to 3 weeks. During this phase, there may be conversations to clarify some points. Analyzing the exposure to natural light and the limitations and advantages of your exteriors will allow us to begin the research phase and select the most suitable resources for the composition. Then comes the creative phase.
2nd meeting/ Presentation
A 2nd appointment to present the study, which will include at least:
– A floor plan
– A proposal for the environment and covering
– 3D sketches (the number will be subject to budget)
– An explanatory summary of the choices that have led to the organization of the space. In this phase, the project is of a general nature, based on ideas and environments, and no estimate of the cost of the work will be given.
Project Acceptance
You have accepted the proposal and now want a precise cost calculation:
Planting scheme, Outdoor furniture, Exterior decorative elements.
This detailed design will allow you to create your garden yourself or trust us with the entire project.
